    PAYMENT


  • Payment will be done in full upfront. No payment plans.
  • Refunds can be made up to the sketch phase of the art and only then.
  • However if I am unable to finish it for reasons, a refund will be sent regardless of phase and if asked for.
  • If there is a cancellation suddenly, I reserve all the right to decide whether or not a refund will be sent. I also retain rights to incomplete work that had been sent up until then
  • You have 48 hours (2 days) to send payment, or your commission will be cancelled.

    • COMMUNICATION


  • I have the right to refuse or cancel any work to anybody who is rude or disrespectful toward me or my artwork.
  • All communication will be kept private. (Bluesky DMs, Discord DMs, or Email)
    • PROCESS
  • Send all reference images that would be required. Make sure the images are clear and accurate to the subject.
  • If there are no references, I can work with written descriptions. Please be as plainly descriptive as you can, and avoid excessive flowery descriptions.
  • Revisions are allowed, excessive revisions will cost extra depending on the complexity and number of them. No major revisions will be done after lineart is finished.
  • Deadlines must be mentioned IMMEDIATELY if there is one, I will not accept anything that must be done in 3 days or less. (If I am unable to finish the artwork before the deadline, you will be refunded.)
  • The final non-watermarked artwork will be sent ONLY after payment is completed.

  • YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION THIS TYPE OF ARTWORK.
  • Be advised I possibly will decline artwork of kink/fetishes based on my own personal comfort with the material. This is not a moral judgment of said material, merely a matter of my own comfort and ability.
  • I will not draw real people without their express consent.
  • I will not draw OC’s that DO NOT BELONG to the commissioner WITHOUT said OC’s owners consent.
  • NSFW/Kink content is an additional $10 on top of the base price of the commission.

    • USE AND USAGE RIGHTS

  • Purchased art may be used for non-commercial use only.
  • I retain full rights to any work I do under commission, unless previously agreed upon by the commissioner and myself.
  • I reserve rights to post completed artwork to social media and such, unless requested otherwise. They may also choose to remain anonymous.
  • If I am requested to not post completed artwork to my own social media, then it is requested the commissioner do not post it to their own.
  • Credit for personal use (icons, character art, etc) is not required, but the commissioner MAY NOT claim credit for any purchased artwork.
  • The commissioner may not trace or remove the signature on commissioned artwork.
  • Art purchased may not be resold for more than 80% of the original value of the commission.
  • YOU MAY NOT USE ANY ARTWORK PURCHASED FOR NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS/NFT’S WHATSOEVER.
  • YOU MAY NOT USE ANY ARTWORK TO TRAIN OR PROMOTE MACHINE LEARNING/GENERATIVE AI PROGRAMS WHATSOEVER.

    • By commissioning me, you accept and agree to all the above terms and conditions. If you fail to abide by these terms and conditions, I will not accept further commissions from you.
